At Cynovalyx S.A.S. (hereinafter, «Cynovalyx», «we») we take the privacy of visitors to cynovalyx.com very seriously. We collect the data you voluntarily provide through the subscription form (name and email address) as well as technical data linked to your browsing (IP address, device type, browser, language and country of origin) by means of cookies and similar technologies.
3. Purpose of processing
We process your information to send you the Cynovalyx newsletter, to inform you about new real estate crowdlending projects, to improve our website, to comply with legal obligations applicable to crowdfunding platforms and to measure the effectiveness of our campaigns.
4. Legal basis
The legal bases are your free, express and informed consent (article 5 of Law 25.326), the fulfilment of legal obligations and our legitimate interest in operating the website safely.
5. Retention
We keep your data for as long as the commercial relationship lasts or until you request to unsubscribe from the newsletter. Data linked to legal obligations may be kept for the periods set out in Argentine regulations.
6. Recipients
Your data may be shared with technology providers that deliver email, hosting and analytics services, all of them bound by confidentiality and processing agreements compliant with Law 25.326.
