Cynovalyx provides information about real estate crowdlending projects in Argentina and allows users to subscribe to commercial communications to learn about new opportunities. Participation in specific projects may require accepting particular terms.

8. Applicable law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic. Any controversy shall be submitted to the Ordinary Courts of the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires, with express waiver of any other jurisdiction.
